This bilingual dictionary of the Xhon dialect of Zapotec is prepared taking into account the little written information known about the structure and use of this variant of Zapotec spoken in the northern mountains of the State of Oaxaca. To achieve this, it has been divided into two parts: Zapotec-Spanish and Spanish-Zapotec. It is very useful since the first part includes a wide variety of synonyms, antonyms, verbs, prefixes, suffixes, specific descriptions of the dialect of each town, as well as proposals for the treatment of loanwords and neologisms that modern times force us to use.
