70 years after El Colegio Nacional commissioned the Jalisco artist José Clemente Orozco, this exhibition and catalog rescue a significant moment for mexican plastic arts of the XX century: Los Teules exhibition. Reproduction of 39 of the 66 pieces from the original series - paintings, drawings and watercolors - about the Conquest of Mexico, inspired by Bernal Díaz del Castillo's True History of the Conquest of New Spain. In this edition you can find photographs of Orozco's work, as well as accompanying texts to comment, explain and contextualize the works; it also has the translation of these texts into english in the second part of the book.
