This title contains some of the most emblematic images of the XX century, the work of three representative figures of contemporary photography: Manuel Álvarez Bravo, Henri Cartier-Bresson and Walker Evans; who, despite being of different nationalities, coincide at a precise moment. The texts that accompany the images propose a critical analysis of them, placing them in their historical context and in that of their vast universal resonances. This work was published in conjunction with the exhibition at the Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes, which freely reconstructs the exhibition at the Julien Levy Gallery, in homage to Álvarez Braco.
