Women and war are the axis of this research, based on the fact that they were traditionally conceived as parallel lines, while war is and has been imagined as “a man's thing”, an activity that is carried out far from the spaces of common life and intimacy, spaces commonly reserved for women. Here, the author thinks “femininely” about war and all its horrors, through the testimonies of those who have lived and suffered it, whose lives have been transformed in many ways and definitively.
