Product information

By belonging to the Missionaries Congregation of Scalabrini, Flor María Rigoni assumes the mission of the association: to welcome, accompany and care for everyone who leaves their land – migrants, refugees, deportees, sailors, among others. After three years of being on cargo ships and ten years in Germany, the author arrived in Tijuana where he founded the first of three Casas del Migrante. This title rescues the author's path and his experiences with migration, being a unique testimony to understand the underlying anthropology, rituals and expressions of the migrant who travels from Central America to the north of the continent.
