Product information

The Diego Rivera collection presented in this title originated during the young 21-year-old painter's stay in Orizaba, Veracruz; Governor Teodoro A. Dehesa granted him a scholarship in 1907 to study in France and in return, Rivera gave him a group of paintings. This collection was later increased to include thirty-six works of diverse technique, making it one of the most complete collections of the artist's easel work. Although this collection was formed at different stages of the author's life, it is this very thing that allows us to see his technique, development and the development of Mexican society in the XX century.
