Product information
This title, accompanied by photographs, tables and reproductions of artistic creations, focuses on unraveling the history of what was known as –until the year of this publication– the National School of Plastic Arts, narrating the aspects of its academic and administrative organization, of its artistic production throughout the 127 years it covers. It also contains the history of its emblematic building, and contains appendices among which the one dedicated to the study plans and the facsimile of the Royal Statutes of its foundation stand out. This school, from its beginnings, has been in clear correlation with the various moments of national history, so knowing its history is knowing Mexico.
