Product information

The insurgent process that occurred in Mexico during the seventies is inserted in a context where authoritarianism, discrimination, oppression and inequality prevailed in the nation. The objective of this work is to rescue the history of insurgent women in the seventies in Mexico, since the few works on the insurgency in Mexico focus on the work of men. To understand the complex current social-political reality of Mexico, it is necessary to recover the era of the guerrilla and the so-called “dirty war” waged against it, since in this way it is possible to fill in some of the gaps in the history of those years, in particular the relevant participation of women.
