On January 15, 2022, a drug dealer boss in Tijuana ordered the murder of photojournalist Margarito Martínez, thinking that he was responsible for exposing family photographs and texts that, apparently, were involved in drug trafficking. Novel told over 12 short chapters where the protagonist is, at the same time, the victim of the homicide. This narrative is based on a true story and is also an apology to Latin American journalists who, by practicing their profession, are exposed to the threat, persecution and violence exerted by drug trafficking.
