Product information

In indigenous communities there are stories about scarecrows; some claim to have had encounters with them, especially with a very common character known as El Negro. In this tale there are different versions, with many variants since -it is assumed- there were several blacks in the Altos region. This character is important in the culture since the origin of the stories is chronologically related to the arrival of the Spanish, who brought black slaves for their service. This is a bilingual Tzotzil-Spanish version and includes color illustrations.
