Edgar Álvarez Estrada is a playwright, narrator, stage director and producer who has been awarded scholarships such as IMCINE-SOGEM, FONCA and SCGDF. This title was worthy of an honorable mention in the 2021 “Amado Nervo” National Short Novel Award and is in line with his research into scenic tools for peace-building. This narrative is based on the testimony of a group of grieving women who break with their assigned role in society of staying at home, to go out and take over public spaces and undertake actions that redefine the concept of "motherhood", making it political by undertaking the search of their missing children.
