The works presented here were taken from the round table “Violence and Death in Ciudad Juárez”, organized by the Institute of Legal Research of the UNAM, which analyzed from a multidisciplinary point of view, the unsolved cases of murdered women in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. The perspectives presented, from various disciplinary approaches, allow for a more complete analysis of the phenomenon known as “The Dead Women of Juárez”. Throughout the studies, elements are presented that show not only the violation of the human rights of the victims and their families, but also the climate of violence and impunity that exists in that region.
