Lilvia Soto is a writer from Chihuahua who emigrated to the United States at an early age, which is why much of her work in poetry, short fiction, essays, and literary criticism is in both spanish and english, with the two languages coming together in certain works. This title is a bilingual spanish-english version, translated by the same author, which gives it a high degree of fidelity between the ideas, the words and the congruence of the concepts. These poems are, in addition to the author's interpretation of what surrounds her, an approach to some of her memories, which she captures with love and longing, both places and people.
