Product information
In this research Luis Martín Garza includes a broad overview of the origin of the regional music of the state of Nuevo León, which is soaked in an undeniable foreign influence. On the one hand, the Spanish brought their repertoire made up of a mixture of Roman, Carthaginian, Visigoth and Moorish compositions; Just as Italian, German, Flamenco and French music came to Mexico to stay and create new melodies, also inspired by African rhythms. To this we must add the syrup and the son, to finally consolidate itself with the drum, the clarinet, the accordion and the sixth bass, characteristics that were defined in the XX century and endure today.
