Starting from a game of mirrors in which the visible and the dream are reflected, Vicente Rojo draws inspiration for his creations from an urban garden in Barcelona, where he was born, and from the garden of dreams, of memory and longing: the inne garden. This set of paintings is made up exclusively of the so-called Thirty-five Gardens, small-format works (35x35 centimeters) made in gouache with touches of Chinese ink, arranged in seven small series. Throughout these pages, Rojo's gardens are reproduced in color, accompanied by texts by Álvaro Mutis, Graciela Iturbide and Alfonso Alegre Heitzmann.
