Product information

The stories presented here are the result of the compilation of knowledge received in the family as basic education, through orality, through grandparents in the municipality of Jicayán, Oaxaca. These stories are general knowledge for the community, and are also shared in different social spaces such as meetings, tequio days and mayordomías. In this volume there are narratives that detail and explain the community's way of seeing the world, accompanied by illustrations that reflect day-to-day situations, so that it can function as a preservation of culture and at the same time as teaching material for children, especially Jicayán.
